Unsubscribe
Subscription to Real Coffee EASY can be terminated at any point – there is no contract. Termination can be carried out by logging into ‘My Account’ or by sending an email to service@realcoffee.com
Your subscription will continue until terminated.
Marketing: e-mail and text messages
We will send an email and text message to notify you before we dispatch your coffee. To ensure you receive these important messages it is not possible to unsubscribe from our e-mails and text messages. The purpose is to give you time should you wish to postpone a delivery or request immediate delivery.
You will also be notified via email and text messages about offers related to your subscription.
Delivery and Shipping
There is always at least one delivery option available that is for free, for example UPS.
Orders placed before 01:00 pm are shipped the same day.
It is available from Monday to Friday, and it is possible to deliver to both private and business addresses. If you are not likely to be home, please tell us where we can leave your packages.
Alternatively, you can choose delivery to a Parcelshop.
Ordering
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and other taxes.
When shopping with Real Coffee, agreements are made in the following languages: English
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email and order confirmation. It is possible to view previous orders by logging into the website.
For every shipment of goods sent, you will receive a receipt via email.
Payment
On Real Coffee’s website you can pay with:
– VISA
– Mastercard
As a member, you pay a fee for using your credit card. The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are dispatched from Real Coffee. Naturally, only the amount you have accepted at the time of purchase is deducted. Business customers are able to pay via invoice after credit approval.
With Real Coffee, your payments are better protected than in the physical world. This is because, when paying by debit card, you are protecting yourself against fraud. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. This means you take no risk in case of card fraud in an internet store that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) in its payment system (such as Real Coffee). The data you send in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL), and it is only PBS that can read them. Neither Real Coffee, nor others, have the ability to read the data.
You can NOT prepay via account-to-account payment. You can only pay by debit card, as this form of payment gives you the best consumer rights. You can request your money back if:
– You have not received the item
– You have been exposed to abuse of your card details
– You change your mind on the purchase before you receive the goods (for example, refusing to receive the package or failure to pick it up at the post office)
– A higher amount has been deducted than you had approved at the time of booking
If you, as a Real Coffee customer, receive a new credit card number, it is your responsibility to update your payment information. You will also receive an email if we cannot withdraw money from your account for the goods. Updating card payment information can be found in My Account at https://easy.realcoffee.com/my-account/
Refunds
If the items received do not match your expectations, you can request your money back. The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received, within 14 days of receipt.
Please attach an invoice and a description of why the item is returned. Payment is always returned to the account from which it was originally deducted.
We do not ship cash or cheques. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs from your home to Real Coffee. The item(s) should be sent to the following address:

Note: We are unable to receive packages sent by COD or similar. If you refuse to receive the item from the postal service, it will be returned to us and we will credit the full amount to your account.
Information on making a complaint
You are always welcome to contact us by email or telephone if you are not satisfied with anything related to a purchase. Please write to us at service@realcoffee.com
As a consumer, you also always have the opportunity to file a complaint about a product or service purchased from us to the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can also appeal via www.forbrug.dk.

Privacy Policy
When shopping through Real Coffee’s website, you must provide the minimum details of your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is required for us to complete your specific order.
All registered information is processed in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act. Your information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, except for disclosure in order to complete your order – for example, information communicated to a shipping company.
As a registered person, you always have the right to access your data and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Act.
All information you transfer to Real Coffee is received unencrypted, while the electronic commerce itself is encrypted symmetrically with a 128-bit strong encryption. Real Coffee is the data manager and our database servers are locked securely inside, technically secured and further protected by modern alarm systems. As prescribed in the Accounting Act, Real Coffee stores recorded data for five years in addition to the accounting year, after which the data is deleted.
Our server registers all traffic without registering personal information. This is done so that we can optimize our web service.
When you shop, cookies are stored locally on the computer. In Internet Explorer 5.X, cookies can be deleted under Tools – Internet Options – Delete Cookies. See our Cookie Policy for further information.
About Log Statistics:
Log statistics are used on Real Coffee. This means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, on which part of the website you leave, and so on.
Real Coffee uses log statistics to optimize the website and its functionalities.
Your Personal Information
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information:

– Address
– Phone number
– Email address
We require this registration of your personal information only for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
Personal data registered with Real Coffee is stored for five years (due to the requirements of
the Bookkeeping Act), after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The proprietor of Real Coffee has access to the information that is registered about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
The information provided to Real Coffee is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way.
