How do I make changes to my EASY subscription?

It is simple to make changes to your EASY subscription. You can simply log into your account and change anything from package size and delivery frequency, to payment card details and delivery address. Remember, you will always receive a reminder email one week before your EASY delivery is dispatched. In the reminder email you will also find a link to your EASY coffee pack, where you can customize your varieties and delivery information.

How do I postpone my delivery?

If you wish to postpone your delivery, simply log into your account and click on the ‘Delivery’ icon in the menu. You can then freely choose when you want your next EASY package to arrive.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are going on holiday, or just want to pause your EASY delivery for a while, simply log into your account. On the left menu, click on the ‘My Membership’ icon and you will easily be able to place your EASY delivery on hold.

How long must I wait for delivery?

When you choose delivery with UPS, you are always guaranteed fast delivery. If you order before 3pm on weekdays, we will send your package the same day. This means that you will always receive your package within 3 to 4 working days.

How do I return my package?

If you have skipped your reminder email, or for some reason wish to return your EASY coffee package, please feel free to contact us by e-mail: service@realcoffee.com, and let us find a solution that suits you together. We are always happy to assist.

If the coffee capsules are returned due to a defect in the product, please feel free to write to service@realcoffee.com. We will then send a return label.

REMEMBER! You must always enter your customer name and order number on the package when returning goods, so we can identify your details.

With EASY, do I still get the Real Coffee offers that I am used to?

When you choose Real Coffee EASY, you do not miss any offers. You will still continue to receive promotional emails with offers of free extra coffee or other gifts. At the same time, you can sit back and wait to receive your new EASY package with minimal fuss.

How do I change delivery information?

If you want to change your delivery address or details related to the delivery, just log into your EASY account and click on the ‘Delivery’ icon in the left menu.

How do I change my contact information?

If you have to amend your contact information, simply sign in and click on the ‘Account Information’ icon. Here you can correct the name, address, email and telephone number. You can also change your password.

Where can I find an invoice for my purchases?

If you need an invoice for your EASY coffee packages, simply log into your account and click on the ‘Orders’ icon. Here you will find an overview of all your EASY packages, allowing you to easily retrieve the invoice you need.

I have forgotten my login code. What do I do?

If you have lost your password, don’t worry! Simply click on the ‘My Account’ button in the menu, type your email address and click ‘Forgot your password?’. Follow the instructions, then you will be able to instantly reset your code.

How long is the shelf life on my capsules?

We always guarantee a minimum of 8 months shelf life pfrom the date of delivery. You are therefore always guaranteed fresh and delicious coffee with Real Coffee EASY.

Does Real Coffee have Organic and Fairtrade coffee?

Of course – virtually all our coffee is produced on Fairtrade terms. We also currently have four organic varieties: Lungo San Marino, Espresso Milano, Espresso Bologna and Single Origin Espresso Sumatra.

What guarantee is there on the capsules?

We always guarantee our capsules are 100% compatible with all Nespresso machines. This means you are guaranteed complete satisfaction or your money back. Should you still experience any problems, please feel free to email us or call us, and we will find a suitable solution.
